About Our Services

Reach360 acts as a strategic marketing and technology partner, providing services such as search and AI visibility optimization, digital advertising, AI-powered automation and lead systems, reputation and local presence management, and website and conversion support. Specific services, strategy, and pricing for any engagement are determined individually with each client and are not established by the general descriptions on this Site.

Unless expressly agreed in a written Client Agreement, Reach360 does not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, revenue, return on investment, placement within AI-generated search results or answers, availability of specific advertising inventory or networks, or any other particular business outcome. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms.

Client Services, Agreements & Recurring Billing

This section applies when you purchase or receive services from Reach360.

Client-Specific Agreements

Reach360 provides digital advertising, marketing, and related professional services under a separate written proposal, advertising agreement, service order, or other arrangement accepted by you and Reach360 (a "Client Agreement"). Your Client Agreement establishes the campaign scope, service fees, start date, duration, billing schedule, cancellation requirements, and other commercial terms for your services. If an expressly accepted Client Agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding your services, the Client Agreement controls to the extent of that conflict, subject to applicable law.

Payment Processing

Reach360 uses Stripe and may use other authorized third-party payment processors to accept payments securely. Depending on the service and what is available at checkout, payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, and eligible bank payments; not every payment method is available for every transaction.

Payment processors may apply their own terms, privacy policies, and payment authorization requirements. Any terms or authorizations presented by Stripe, or by Link (Stripe's saved-payment service), during checkout are provided by those companies and govern your relationship with them; they are not authored by Reach360. If you pay by bank account, you may be asked to accept a bank-debit authorization during checkout, which permits debits from your account as described in that authorization.

Payment credentials you enter on a Stripe-hosted checkout page are collected and processed by Stripe. Reach360 does not receive your full card number or card security code through that checkout; we receive limited transaction and billing information needed to manage your account.

Recurring Subscriptions

Certain services may be offered as recurring subscriptions, such as monthly service plans. When you affirmatively authorize a recurring subscription, you authorize Reach360, through its payment processor, to charge the agreed subscription amount to your selected payment method according to the billing schedule disclosed at checkout or in your Client Agreement. Billing dates may differ from client to client, and your recurring billing date may differ from your campaign or service start date; your Client Agreement governs the agreed billing schedule. Your subscription continues until it is canceled in accordance with your Client Agreement and applicable law.

Advance Billing

Some advertising and marketing services are billed in advance of the service period they cover, as disclosed in your Client Agreement or at checkout. Other services may be billed on a different schedule where your Client Agreement provides.

Cancellation

Cancellation procedures and any required notice periods are determined by your Client Agreement, subject to applicable law. Some Client Agreements require written notice before the next billing or service period begins. To request cancellation, contact us at info@reach360ms.com or (956) 800-7535. Removing or changing a saved payment method does not, by itself, cancel a Client Agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation right you have under applicable law.

Refunds and Prepaid Services

Refunds, prepaid services, advertising commitments, and early campaign termination are handled according to your Client Agreement and applicable law. Questions about a charge can be directed to info@reach360ms.com or (956) 800-7535.

Advertising Performance

Reach360 provides advertising and marketing services using reasonable professional efforts. Unless expressly committed to in a written Client Agreement, Reach360 does not guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, rankings, impressions, conversions, or revenue. This does not limit any specific deliverable or obligation Reach360 has expressly agreed to provide in a Client Agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Reach360 Media Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to, or embed, third-party tools and services (for example, scheduling, form, and payment tools) to help you request information or book a consultation. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reach360 Media Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us for services directly related to the claim. For services provided under a Client Agreement, any limitation of liability stated in that Client Agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with this section.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Updates to these Terms do not change the commercial terms of an accepted Client Agreement, such as fees, billing schedule, or cancellation requirements, unless you agree to the change or applicable law permits it.
