Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors interact with the Site. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, time on site, and general geographic location. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some functionality of the Site.

The Site also includes a website chat widget that may collect information you provide during a chat conversation in order to respond to your inquiry.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate parts of the Site and our business, including form processing and scheduling tools (such as Tally and Calendly), email delivery services for transactional communications (such as Resend), payment processing (such as Stripe), and website analytics (such as Google Analytics). These providers process information on our behalf and are only permitted to use it to provide their respective services to us. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of third-party websites or platforms you may access through links on the Site.

Payment Processing & Billing Information

Information Collected for Billing

When you purchase services or subscribe to a recurring service plan, Reach360 and its authorized payment providers may process billing information. Depending on the service and payment method, this may include:

  • Customer and business names
  • Billing addresses
  • Email addresses and other contact details
  • Subscription information
  • Payment amounts and transaction history
  • Payment status and limited payment-method details provided by the processor

Not all of this information is collected in every transaction.

Stripe and Other Payment Processors

Payment transactions may be processed through Stripe or other authorized payment service providers. Depending on what is available at checkout, payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, and eligible bank payments. Payment credentials you enter on a Stripe-hosted checkout page are collected and processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. Reach360 does not receive your full card number or card verification code. We receive limited transaction and billing information needed to administer subscriptions, verify payments, provide customer support, maintain accounting records, and respond to billing questions.

To learn how Stripe handles personal information, see the Stripe Privacy Policy. If you choose to use Link to save or reuse payment details, Link is a Stripe service governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

Recurring Billing Information

To support recurring payments you have authorized, payment providers may securely maintain your payment credentials or a token representing them. Through our payment processor's dashboard, Reach360 can access subscription status, transaction details, and limited payment-method information, such as card brand and the last four digits of a card number.

Information Sharing

We share relevant customer and transaction information with authorized payment processors and other service providers only as necessary to deliver contracted services, process payments, prevent fraud, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell billing information.

How We Share Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except: with service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver our services (as described above); when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Reach360, our clients, or others; or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.

Data Retention

We retain the information described in this Privacy Policy for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, including responding to inquiries and providing requested audits, proposals, or consultations. We may also retain information as needed for legitimate business, administrative, security, recordkeeping, or legal and compliance purposes. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information involved and the purpose for which it was collected. When information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we take steps to delete or anonymize it, except where a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law or a legitimate business need. This includes billing and transaction records, which we may retain as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Payment details entered on processor-hosted checkout pages are handled by the payment processor under its own security practices.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided to us, or to opt out of future marketing communications. We will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law. Some billing and transaction records may need to be retained to meet accounting, tax, or legal requirements.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
